Overview of Telescopic Boom Crane

1. The structural design is more compact, the deadweight is lighter, the load-to-weight ratio is larger, and the overall lines are more optimized, reasonable and beautiful;

2. The two telescopic arm hinge points are designed with a four-link force-enhancing mechanism, so that the crane can provide the maximum lifting torque under various elevation conditions;

3. The second telescopic arm can be tilted upward so that the boom can enter a lower working space for lifting operations;

4. The second telescopic arm cylinder is arranged in reverse, and a flange-type connection balance valve is used, which has higher reliability and reduces leakage points; there is no oil pipe on the cylinder barrel to reduce the possibility of damage;

5. The rack cylinder is arranged in an inclined manner, and the boom can be arranged further downward in the folded state. The overall structure is more compact and the center of gravity is lower, which is beneficial to the driving stability of the whole vehicle;

6. The oil hose of the outrigger cylinder adopts a steel wire sheath and is built in the cavity, so that the appearance is neat and the hose is protected, avoiding damage and inconvenience in work due to the accumulation of too long hoses outside when the outrigger is retracted.
